In this Florida Case, a trial court issued a judgment with an inadequate land description after a boundary dispute between two landowners. A review of the decision in this dispute by the Appeals Court teaches us why accurate land descriptions are important, and how poorly executed boundary surveys are a horrible basis for a lawsuit in a boundary dispute.
